Major Depressive Disorder 

Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) also known as Clinical Depression is the most common type of Depression. This type of Depression causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest in activities.

     Symptoms 

  • Feeling Sad, tearfulness, and hopelessness

  • Angry outbursts and frustration (even over small stuff)

  • Loss of interest 

  • Sleep disturbance 

  • Reduced appetite and changes to you weight 

  • ​Lack of energy 

  • Anxiety, Agitation or Restlessness
