Antenatal and Postnatal
Antenatal and Postnatal Depression Involves emotionally cognitive, behavioural, and physical changes. These changes last for more than two weeks and interferes with your ability to carry out daily activities. This type of depression is then the typical emotional shifts you might expect during pregnancy and after birth. For example, during pregnancy you may feel more emotionally due to physical and practical changes, and after childbirth you may experience the "baby blues" a few days later. However these emotional changes don't last.
