Cyclothymic disorder is similar to Bipolar disorder but less severe. It's a long-term condition lasting for at least two years.

Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D) is a form of depression tied to the seasons which typically starts and ends at roughly the same time each year. For people with SAD, symptoms being in the Fall and persist through the Winter, draining energy and causing mood swings. These symptoms usually lift during Spring and Summer, in fewer cases, SAD depression beings in the Spring or early Summer and improves in the Fall/Winter.
